@cdprintvis are you including your users IP addresses/ranges in the Unrestricted IP addresses section or just relying on them accessing the site once they’re logged in?

there are no IP addresses or ranges in the Unrestricted IP addresses section, the section is empty.
They should be able to just access the site once they are logged in
