Redirect after Registration not working

    Hi Sanju @sanjuacharya77

    I am redirecting the users to my homepage after Registration along with “Auto Login after Registration”.

    It was working well but i installed Async Javascript plugin & it wasn’t registering the users at the first place & no error also was reported(Success message was also not reported)

    So , in Async Javasript plugin, under Plugin exclusions, i entered “User Registration” & it started to register and also displaying “User Registered Successfully”

    However, it is not redirecting now to the home page.
    The registration link is https://www.thetrainernetwork.in/register-2

    and after registration it goes to https://www.thetrainernetwork.in/register-2/thetrainernetwork.in & displays “Page Not Found” – because it doesn’t exist of course.

    Please suggest a solution. Also you can try registering as well.

    Just to update you, even after deleting Async Javascript & othercache plugin Wp SUper Cache & Autoptimize , it still not redirecting correctly.

    Please suggest soon.

    Hi @mb299,

    We are really sorry for the delayed response. I just did the test registration and confirmed the issue on your site. Since there is not an issue with redirection after registration in our test environment. Only you need to do is: add the page’s slug or the URL of that respective page on the “Redirect URL” section of the individual form setting. Then, it needs to be redirected to the correct page but is not working on your end.

    It worked just by adding https:// as prefix to the URL.

    What do you think about this?

    Hi @mb299,

    It had something to do with the URL and this is why you were facing issues. I am glad to know that the issue has been fixed on your end.

    I will keep a note of this process and check to see if HTTP and https make any difference during the redirect process.
    I will let you know after I have any updates about it.

    Yes, earlier I was using https://www.thetrainernetwork.in & then i changed to https://www.thetrainernetwork.in
