Redirect after submission depending on star rating

Is this possible with the plugin?
– If the user gives a 4+ star review, redirect them to page A after review submission.
– If the user gives a 1-3 star review, redirect them to page B after review submission.

I know it’s possible to redirect the user (after submission) to a new page using Custom Fields, however I’m not sure if there is a way to do this depending on the review rating that the user gives.
