    same problem here with the 2.5.0 / 2.5.1 new version.
    It seems to work in the older version 2.4.6 – however a small percentage of the people complain it doesn’t work.

    The last version of the plugin included a significant redesign of the upload algorithm, which unfortunately broke redirection.

    The problem has been detected and corrected. A new release with the correction will be issued in some hours.

    This seems to still be broken – using 2.5.4.

    Was the fix released in 2.5.4, or not yet?

    I am also getting the same error, it’s not redirecting. But the email notifications are working fine.
    (Also on version 2.5.4)

    Can confirm this is now fixed in 2.5.5
