Redirect all requests to /dir/

I presume that what you want is to add /directory/ right after the domain part, e.g.
From https://www.example.com/sports/sample-page
To https://www.example.com/directory/sports/sample-page

Please provide the details so we can compose the RegEx for you.

Please try with this regex:

From Regex: institutebeggar.s4-tastewp.com(?!\/dir)(\/.*)

To Regex: institutebeggar.s4-tastewp.com/dir/$1

For site: institutebeggar.s4-tastewp.com

Here’s some working example:
https://institutebeggar.s4-tastewp.com
