Redirect and external url are not working

    Hi,
    I have created a contact form 7 and I have redirected to another page after submit. It’s not working for me
    I also tried setting external link (pdf uploaded URL) and it also not redirecting to the pdf location.
    I’m using Contact form Version: 4.9
    please help me…

    Hi @dharanivadivelu,
    Please check that “Use external URL” is checked. Also, check that “Open page in a new tab” is not checked, or if it’s checked, change your browser settings to allow popup windows from you site.

    I have checked the Use external URL and open page in new tab.I have also allowed popup windows from my site still it’s not working for me.

    Hi @dharani,
    It’s probably a local issue. Try to uncheck “Open page in new tab” and tell us if it’s working for you. If it’s working now, it’s only about your browser settings. Also, please tell us what browser you are using.

    Just checked in the latest Chromium version, there’s no problem with this browser. Can you please submit a form here and tell me if you are being redirected to https://example.com ?
