    That’s not a redirect, so is not something the plugin does. I don’t think anything will be able to do that.

    It is a redirect. This can be realized via the .htaccess, but then there is a problem with the display due to the missing TLS certificate.

    You may be thinking of a rewrite. A redirect will always change the URL.

    ah, yes you’re absolutly right. My mistake.

    Do you know a way to implement a rewrite as described?

    I do not and I don’t think you can do a rewrite to an external site – that does not sound like a good thing to do. If you want to fix a certificate problem then the best solution is to install a certificate on the other site.
