Redirect Back using Custom URL

    How can I make it redirect back to the page they were on when using a custom url?

    The Login and Back setting is great but it sends them to login, not register. My goal is to have them register (or login) but Register is most important.

    When I use the customer link to go to the standard WP Register page, they register and get sent back to the Home page.

    Is that normal or something my website is doing?

    Your website is not doing anything wrong.

    An option to redirect a user to the previous page after registration is unavailable in the current version of Content Control.

    We’ll definitely consider adding that to Content Control.

    For now, users are redirected only after they log in.
