Redirect category permalinks to anchor

Hi there

I’m trying to redirect permalinks within a category to an anchor instead. For example:

/work/this-post/

to

/work#this-post

However I would like to be able to do this automatically / for a large number of posts. Would appreciate any tips on how to do this?
