Redirect causing danish ? in domain url to be omitted

  • I am trying to fix a problem that is occurring in WordPress on iv?rks?tterpodcast.dk . When WordPress redirects (for example – after login, upon activating a plugin or updating a post) the url gets chaged to ivrkstterpodcast.dk. That is that the special character in the domain is deleted for some reason.

    I’ve checked that it is correct in the siteurl and home options in the sql table, and it is correct there. Is there anything else that might be causing this to happen?
