Redirect Deleted Pages

Hi
I need a very specific redirect condition.

This is for site with used cars listing, and the stock regularly changes as cars are sold.

When a car is sold the listing is deleted, but this causes 404 errors as Google indexes these pages.

I want to set up a specific conditional redirect, so when a listing (Post type = Car_Listing) is deleted, any traffic to any deleted to URL is redirected to a fixed page /Not-Listed/ which tells the visitor the car is sold and presents the list of current cars in stock.

Is the plugin capable of setting “conditional” redirect such as this?
