redirect doesn’t work

for me this guide https://www.if-so.com/help/documentation/redirect-users-based-on-conditions/ doesn’t work… if, example, i set conditional url and redirect to google.com, the redirect works but it redirects to https://www.mysite.com/google.com and it shows 404 error… can you help me? I tried with php e js modes…

[ifso-redirect url=’https://www.paypal.com/pp’ code=’301′]
[ifso-redirect url=’https://www.paypal.com/pp’ code=’302′]first works but it redirects to url: https://www.mywebsite.com/https://www.paypal.com/pp
