Redirect don’t work

    Hi, I am creating a redirect directly with your plugin, but I am having problems and instead of redirecting to the landing page it redirects to a completely blank page.

    How can I solve it? Thank you very much.

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins, themes, and WordPress (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Hi,

    I see that the problem is caused by an image uploaded to media that has the name clipboard.png

    Since I don’t want to change the name of the image is there any way to create a formula that doesn’t block this redirection?
