Redirect emails based on host

This plugin is great, however, some less than intelligent co-workers continually forget to activate this when pulling from production to a staging env.

Would it be possible to add an enhancement that give a host name you redirect. IE: https://mysite.com = don’t redirect.

https://dev.mysite.com = redirect.

Extra bonus if you could make this multisite compliant.
