Is it possible to use some combination of regex to redirect everything on the site to a new site, but still allow me to login to wp-admin so I can check the redirect logs?

You can use the site relocate:

This solution does redirect the site, but it no longer logs the redirects. This works for now because the site I’m redirecting TO also has the redirection plugin installed…so I can deal with the change in url structure at the new site and check the 404 log there as well. I lose the ability to know which redirects/404s are coming from the old site, but I suppose that’s not the end of the world.

    Thanks for your help John!
