Redirect First Word Press Page..

Hello, I’m trying to redirect a user to a non WP page on the first page. I’ve found a couple plugins but the problem is they make You redirect a specefic post or page. This would be a one time redirect basically when they first type in the name of the site it will redirect them to a choices page the choices page links back to my WP. Anyhelp or questions would be greatly appreciated.
