Redirect Goes Only To Home Page Not To Thank You

I love your plugin!! Version 3.2
I am using the widget not the page code.In the Easy Sign Up option page I have in the Redirection URL this url:
https://pregnancyveins.net/thank-you-your-review-and-testimonial-will-be-appreciated/
But after the user signs up and press “send” they are redirected to the Home page instead.
If there is anything to change in the code, can you tell me in which exact file do I need to do it? And what to write there?
