Redirect going to a blank page

I have tried on multiple devices, the redirect link will send you to a blank page, almost like it stopped booting. I tried making a new redirect to see if the problem continued and it did. Need urgent help, just gave business cards to people with this link on it and it is not working. Plugin is up-to-date.
