A 301 redirect would be required for each page.

Or when you create the new site you can create the pages with the same URL so it wouldn’t have to do that.

You can use a plugin like https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/custom-permalinks/ and you can define each URL to match each page.

Would the 301 be entered only on the old HTML page?
Would it be entered in the head section for each page?

Is there a 301 tutorial which you recommend?

If you look at the screenshot it is basically a page where you enter your old URL’s on the left and on the right you enter the new URL. Simple.
