Redirect is not working. Found 500

Hi,

I want to redirect from
https://ipstudio55.com/????????????????/?????????????/
and
https://ipstudio55.com/????????????????/?????????????/

to
https://ipstudio55.com/works?id=index-781286&ucat=86

so I have created redirection like this
https://img.in.th/images/059fe9eaae1ecf4f4ddc79443a6da401.png

But Error returned like this
https://img.in.th/images/58a541af57d670dcef255f51076c1087.png

What can I do?
