Redirect Issue, need help

    I have replaced my old domain “heroletes.com” with new domain “heroletics.com”, but the redirect problem happens, I have no ideas how to fix it. And the people on the server just send me this picture about the issue.

  • Your host has nothing to do with URL redirects. Go to where you have your domain listed/registered with, where you pay for it. That is where you setup the redirect to make the old URL open in the new domain. Most domain registrars make it simple to do, but they will assist you if you cannot do it.
