Redirect Issue with WooCommerce Password Reset Link

    First of all, congratulations, the plugin is great.

    However, I’m experiencing a problem on my WooCommerce site regarding password reset. When I make a reset request, I receive the link correctly by email. However, when I click on this link, I am redirected to the URL /my-account/edit-account, which by default shows me the login/registration form, instead of the password reset form.

    By deactivating the “Handle Reset Password” option in WooCommerce, and clicking again on the link received, I am this time directed to the correct woocommerce default password reset form at my-account/lost-password/?show-reset-form=true&action.

    However, if I re-enable the “Handle Reset Password” option, by directly entering the URL my-account/lost-password/?show-reset-form=true&action in the address bar, the slider opens correctly to display the form. But when I use the reset link I received by e-mail, I’m redirected again to the URL /my-account/edit-account.

    I’ve tried disabling all my plugins to see if that solves the problem, but it persists. Do you have any suggestions or solutions to solve this problem?

    Puoi indicarmi come hai attivato il reset password? Anch’io sto avendo problemi con il reset: l’email arriva, ma senza link…come deveo fare? il resto funziona perfettamente

    laportemario, I am having the same issue. Sometimes the link works but not consistently. Unfortunately, my client’s customers are having issues now. Hopefully there is a fix soon.
