redirect keeps going to old page

    Hello. We created a 301 redirect to a page on our WP site using this plugin. We decided later that we want that redirect to go to a new page. However, after changing the URL, it keeps going to the old page. I thought it might be cached in my browser but I have tried clearing the cache and also using an incognito window and it still goes to the old page. I also cleared the WP cache and that did not help. Any advice?

    Hello,

    Please double check that there is no extra redirect rule that may cause this, the rules are processed in order so if an earlier rule exists it would continue to be processed. Make sure you restart the browser after clearing the WP and browser cache. In addition some website hosting providers perform caching on their end, so you will want to make sure that there are no “hidden” cache that needs to be cleared.
