Redirect links

I recently switched over to self hosting. I had some links to various posts on my wordpress.com sites on places such as pinterest. All of those links need updating (returning 404 errors) to connect to the right posts on the Sh site. How can I do this? I’m in my early stages of blogging so it’s links to about 15 posts that need attention
