    Since you’ve noted in another thread that you’ve moved on, I’m primarily providing an answer here to make sure anyone happening upon this later understands why the possibilities you noted above wouldn’t have worked.

    First, there is an FAQ on redirection with multiple examples in the plugin’s documentation, and since that’s linked in the plugin’s admin panel and is freely available (and searchable), I’m not sure why you didn’t start there.

    The examples you listed wouldn’t work for what you described because what you’re asking about is based on the actual login action. One of those was for a completely different plugin, and the other was not based on the action, but on the page slug. Something like that last one could be re-jiggered to work, but I’m not sure what you did to implement it or if you simply copy-pasted exactly what was there without change (which wouldn’t work).

    The plugin is completely extensible with it’s own actions/filter hooks as well as core WP actions/filters, so it’s easily possible. Next time, start with the plugin’s documentation instead and you’re more likely to get a successful result.
