Sure? I understood the redirection with bp-simple-private-pro was for non members, the description say “BP Simple Private Pro allows you to set a custom URL for redirection when a visitor tries to access your Private content. So you can send them to a specific page.”

This plugin has no affect on logged in members.

For your task, have you tried this plugin:

Or the code here:

You could adjust that code to redirect wherever you like.
