    Hi, it seems sometimes when a customer comes to my site from a link and checkout they get stuck in a redirect loop which never returns them to the thank you page. This causes them to be charged 2 times with pending status on PayPal but the charges end up falling off. I had this happen to the same customer a couple of times now. I never get any failed or pending orders on Woocommerce just the customer making me aware of it and showing a screenshot of PayPal pending charges. When they don’t use a link it works fine.

    I have the error log if you need it to help.

    I’m really sorry to hear your customers have been having these experiences at checkout.

    Does this issue persist in incognito tabs, and also when conflict testing, that’s to say using a default theme such as Storefront Theme and deactivating all extensions other than WooCommerce and the WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway?

    Yes, if you could. The more information the better. Also, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
