Redirect Loop after enabling "Write to WordPress core files"

WHen I enabled “Write to WordPress core files” I receive a redirect loop on my registration page: https://www.domain.com/registration.
If I disable the plugin, the registration page works fine. If I don’t make any settings at all to the plugin, but only check-mark “Write to WordPress core files”, it causes a redirect loop.
