Redirect Loop Being Caused By BackWPUp

  • Hi,

    I updated BackWPUp recently. I just went to check my site (I can’t remember if I actually visited it after I updated) and the plugin is causing a redirect loop.

    I really don’t know what to do and I was hoping someone could help? I’ve done some searches but as I’m so new to WordPress I don’t understand what they’re saying to do. Someone mentions removing the plugin using FTP?

    I’m using TSO as my hosting company if that’s helpful.

    Hi Marello,

    A longshot, but I also use TSO for hosting and I can’t seem to get backWPup working at all. It just goes as far as saying ‘backWPup running’. I’ve tried all sorts of things, including building a brand new site with nothing but the plugin installed. Have you had any similar issues?
