Redirect Loop – Rolled back to 3.9.2

I see that 1 person did get it to work with 4.0 so I may have some other issue. I go into a redirect loop. As for my SSL, I’m using CloudFlare’s Flexible SSL.
I ended up rolling back to 3.9.2 using the steps outlined in this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_lX3E-qIpJM
