Redirect Loop since new version 2.3.1

    Since the update to version 2.3.1 today, all of my client collections, send to the client by link end up in a redirect loop (ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS). Happens on all of my clients devices, starting today. Not sure if this is a known problem?

    Hi @mika121!

    Yeah, sorry for that. We introduced a bug while fixing another redirect issue with the last update.

    We just released version 2.3.1.1, which should resolve this issue.

    Please let me know if it still happens for you after installing the update.

    I havae been making some trials with version Free 2.3.2 but unfortunatelly I am having same ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS errors. The point is that if I try in some WPtaste page there is not any issue but I guess that it has conflicts with some plugins due to redirections.

    Hi @lualiza!

    In your WordPress Admin, can you please go to “Settings > Permalinks”? Just open this page once, and it should flush the rewrite rules, which might already resolve the issue.

    If that does not resolve the issue, please copy the debug info, found under “picu > Settings > Tools/Debug” and send it to [email protected].

    I am sure we’ll be able to find a solution. ??
