Redirect my installed plugin

Dear I am also disturbed due to problem in wordpress my site was redirected to new link when I am trying to open already installed plugin from left panel.My site is redirected to following link.for example

https://tarifvest.ru/terms/condition.php

please solve my problem.
also when I try to open the site in Google Chrome or Firefox explorer than I received following message.
Please help me I am working on education project.
