Redirect not working

Hi,

We’ve added a redirect for https://silcgroup.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/SILC-Wholesale-Client-Guide.pdf -> https://silcgroup.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/SILC-Wholesale-Client-Guide-1.pdf

I’ve cleared the W3 Total Cache cache and loaded the first PDF into an incognito window, but the redirection is not working.
