Redirect not working / redirect_forms is null

    Hi, for us the redirect does not work due to this error:

    Please provide a link to the page.
    Also, what’s your WordPress Version + Contact Form 7 Version?

    Please try to change a theme to Twenty Seventeen to check if it’s a theme issue.
    Also, try the check if it’s related to other plugins.

    I’ve tried disabling plugins, no change. Please help!

    What about the theme? have you checked the plugin in Twenty Seventeen?

    I did test a demo site with the same theme, it works.

    So your problem is not the plugin, but in the environment in which you are checking. Try to reinstall the plugin, and after you do that, save all the forms with Redirect Settings again. If it still not working for you, I find it hard to tell what’s causing the problem, but it’s not a plugin issue.
