redirect not working

Hi,

I hope you can help me with this problem, please.

I have changed one word in a url and am wanting the old one (that no longer exists and gets a 404)

to redirect to the new one that functions properly :

When I test the redirect the results give a RED CROSS and it says:

Found: 200
Agent: Not using Redirection

What’s the problem?
