Redirect not working

I am having an issue with the plugin. I am using the redirect for a mutli site to redirect users who login to the wrong site. We have 14 sub domain sites and the users are specific to their own sites. However many of them are logging into the wrong site “god know why” but they are. So I need a redirect plugin based on the site they belong to. having said that we have over 2000 users, so a bulk editor would be helpful. I have installed this plugin and tried one user for a test, its not working. I used the redirect login. The options I have for Specific users are Login URL and Logout URL. I set the Login as the correct site they should be logging into or keep it on the main site, I think I understand the logout URL but there is no other option. Am I missing something?
