Redirect not working at all. is it because its not support multisite?

Hi,

I had wordpress with multisite feature (Singapore and Indonesia). I had install ip2location plugin and use network activate from the network admin. I had use both way to update the BIN DB (manually and automatic using the download button in wordpress)

Is it not supported for wordpress multisite?

The redirection is not working at all.

Below is the setting that I use:

Country : indonesia
From Page/post: any page, home page, front page (I had try all of them)
Destination: https://lanugo.asia/indonesia/
Redirect code : 301 Permanent redirect

Can anyone help me?

I had use query IP and it can identify my location is in indonesia.
