Redirect not working + Error display

Hello, im having an issue since i replaced my previous redirect plugin for this one. Redirection is not working, we get this screen after payment succeds. The order is created properly, completed and we also get data to Moneybird and Activecampaign, BUT no redirection.

Please let me know what i can do as all my clients are having issues.
