Redirect of Failed Log In goes to WP Admin

When the user logs in successfully they are redirected as expected. however when the username and / or password are entered incorrectly the error is displayed on the default WP Admin log in screen with the WP logo.
How do I specify which page the user is taken to in the event of an error?
