Redirect on Logout not working

Hi,
I’m having issues with the redirect. It worked before but now is not working anymore.
I need to redirect on Logout to https://lasavesquepasaronpormisojos.com/gracias , but it takes me back to the homepage and the login form. I have the full URL set in the Users Roles for the Subscribers, but it’s not working. When I log out it takes me back to home with the info for the redirect in the URL as a parameter, like this:
https://lasavesquepasaronpormisojos.com/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Flasavesquepasaronpormisojos.com%2Fgracias%2F

Can anyone help me out, please?
