Redirect outbound links?

Hi there

I wanted to redirect outgoing links in my site to a page in my site

so say my site is called mysite.com and i have a link to google.com
if i want the link to google.com to be redirected to a page on my site is it possible?

i have attached a screenshot to show me trying to do this with the redirection plugin. The redirection is not working at the moment. I understand i could just edit the links or use search and replace but i want to have the redirect enabled for published posts on my site and not for scheduled posts (hope thats not too confusing).

My site is actually called myshtv.org
The actual outgoing link is shvideos.net/2020/07/15/bip-s3/
Needs to redirect to https;//myshtv.org/category/bachelor-in-paradise/
