• This plugin is great for allowing me to assign capabilities to membership levels that have been created by the S2 Members plugin.

It is overriding all of my attempts to have a custom re-direct page for a given user level. As soon as I assign a level the power to edit posts (basically an author level role) they are directed to the dashboard when they sign in.

This overrides the built in S2 redirect capabilities, and also overrides the Peter’s Redirect plugin.

Just because I want someone to be able to create and edit posts, does not mean that I want them directed to the dashboard when they log in.

    help!

CME just stores the capabilities and user levels. It is not responsible for how capabilities or user levels are enforced, nor for their affect on login redirects.
