Redirect Page After Form Submission

I am also experiencing the same issue. Below is the form link and also the link to our ‘Thank you’ page.

I have added the redirect URL to the form setting but am experiencing the same problem as above!

@jamiebarnes Looks like the form thinks it has validation errors…

Can you tell me:

1. If you have any custom validation rules defined?
2. If disabling all other plugins fixes the issue?
3. Does switching to a bundled theme fix the issue?
4. If you enable debugging, does anything Salesforce related get output?
5. Can you post a screenshot of the settings for form #2?
