Redirect page to another page with hash symbol #

Hi good day,

I’m trying to redirect my old pages to my new home page with hash symbol #

e.g.

https://www.sampledomain.com/contact/ –> https://www.sampledomain.com/#contact

but so far no success doing this with htaccess

is this possible using the plugin?
