    Dear John,

First of all, thank you for this plugin and the time/help you spend at all the people using it, really appreciate it.

I’m currently building a site, where I want to redirect 22 normal pages to a custom url.

    Example:
    Old: site.com/my-new-page/
    New: site.com/page-a/something/my-new-page/

    Now I have entered:
    Source url: /my-new-page/
    Target url: /page-a/something/

But when I go to /my-new-page/ it brings me to site.com/page-a/something/my-new-page/ (which is perfect) but it doesn’t show the page, it simply shows a 404?

Would love to hear from you!

Redirection has control over the target URL, not the contents of that page at the URL. If the page you have redirected to does not have the content you expect then this is something outside of Redirection.

    Hi John,

Thanks, then I probably wasn’t focused on what the plugin does. Thought it could change the permalink entirely. But found another solution for it now.

Thank you and have a great weekend!
