redirect pages not opening in new page

Hi, I have set the redirects to open up in a new page however they open up on the same page. See https://itecau.com.au/ and click on the Lexia Reading Core5, reading plus etc in the headings of the 4 boxes next to each other under the slider https://itecau.com.au/ they open up on the same page even through i have clicked NW. thanks
