Redirect plugin is misdirecting

I have recently begun to use the redirect plugin and recently realized that Many of my posts are being redirected to a page consisting of my latest posts. I can’t seem to find a reason for this and have double checked my redirection. Some of them seem to be creating a loop that I cannot interrupt.

Does anyone have this problem? Is there fix? Am I doing something incorrectly? and lastly, if I uninstall the plugin will it stop redirecting every page that I asked it too ?

I am using a Nirvana theme. Everything is updated. For an example one of my posts is no longer able to be accessed because it is being redirected. As another example, I created a “you have been subscribed” page and then entered it as the page to go to after a subscriber signs up with their email. Instead of going to this page, visitors are being directed to a summary of my most recent posts. For instance all the following links direct meto (display) the exact same page as stated above:

I hope this makes sense. I am very new to this and consider myself fairly savvy at figuring things out. Not this one!
