    Hello,

    When i try to pay an order from my account page the first page where to select payment method works ok. Then when i click to pay with Klarna i get a blank page on this url: https://www.mydomain.no/kassen/betale-ordre/2923/?pay_for_order=true&key=wc_order_IxUKbdvSnipuz

    If i then just put my mouse marker in the addressline / field of browser and hit enter Klarna opens as normal and i can make my payment.

    In my debug-log i can find this line:
    PHP Warning: Undefined array key “redirect” in /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-form-handler.php on line 447

    When using payment method Dintero everything works ok.

    This is not related to this ticket or can you see that it is?

    The error message seems to be that a product has been deleted in your store that for instance is an order that is in Processing status (before you deleted the product) and when you set that to Completed we can not find that product. This should of course not end up in an fatal error so I will add this info as an internal ticket for our developers to look at.

    Well. I dont think that is the issue.. All orders get cancelled in Woo. Payment times out..

    This is an issue on about 90% of all orders.. The orders thats okey are using other payment options.

    We have around 80 woocommerce shops, all with klarna, all have this issue. Some on different server as well.

    And at last, non of the products have been deleted.

    Hi,

    That orders get cancelled with:
    Ubetalt ordre kansellert – tidsfrist n?dd. Ordrestatus endret fra Avventer betaling til Kansellert.
    That is a WooCommerce setting under Products and stock “Hold held stock”.

    Would it be possible for you to reach out to our support with logs around an order like this so we can investigate it closer? support(a)krokedil.com
    That type of info is better to have off-forum.
    Then we can add what we come up with here in the forum when we know more.
