redirect to a category page

Is there a way to redirect to a category?
I am trying to redirect to https://riyadhkey.com/ar/category/360/
but the “/” before 360 is deleted by the plugin, so it goes to https://riyadhkey.com/ar/category360/ and gives a 404 pageTIA
