Redirect To and Post Confirmation Message not working

Hi, I’ve installed DJD successfully at Carnívoros Anónimos
Everything works perfectly except “Redirect To” and “Post Confirmation Message”
I’ve also tried with [djd-site-post success_url=”https://carnivorosanonimos.org/gracias”%5D
But still no results, any help is highly appreciated.
